Juliette was born from a simple idea — that a proper breakfast, made with real bread and a good cup of coffee, is one of life's small, dependable pleasures. We opened our doors on the Dweersstraat, tucked away from the busy heart of Bruges, so guests could sit down without hurrying and eat something honest.

Everything on our menu is a little handmade: the granola comes out of our oven, the lemonades are stirred in our kitchen, the bread is delivered warm from bakers we've known for years. The room is small on purpose, so we can look after every table.

Whether you arrive at eight-thirty for a Belgian breakfast or at one-thirty for a nice salad and a glass of wine — welcome. Take your time.
